Field Trip Policy

At SLZ a variety of interesting field trips are available to students. These trips are an extension of the school day, and appropriate dress and behavior are expected. Any student who will be participating in a field trip must follow these procedures:

On-campus Field Trip

1. Obtain an On-Campus field trip pass from the teacher(s) sponsoring the activity.
2. Obtain signatures from teachers of classes affected.
3. Return completed field trip pass to activity sponsor, 24 hours in advance of trip.

Off-campus Field Trip

1. Follow steps 1-2-3 for On-Campus Field Trip Instructions.
2. Complete reverse side of the card, which includes a parents' signature.

NOTE: If any teacher does not sign a field trip pass the student may not go on the field trip. Signatures MUST be obtained 24 hours in advance of the trip.
