9th Grade Advocate

Students with 2-3 Ds or Fs will begin meeting with the 9th Grade Advocate on a routine basis. Together, the students and Advocate will come up with an action plan for how to bring their grades up through three suggested support structures: weekly progress reports, weekly parent phone calls, or Study Center contracts. The 9th Grade Advocate will continue to meet with designated students throughout the school year, making sure the freshman’s transition into the spring term - and San Lorenzo - is successful.
