Transcripts

A transcript is a high school record of grades and courses taken. Students will need to request an official transcript when applying for college, and usually will also need to send a final, official transcript to the college that they are planning to attend. Transcript information is not released without parent consent.

Unofficial transcript

Students and their parents can request a free unofficial transcript at any time. Transcripts can be a useful tool for tracking grades and progress towards graduation. This type of transcript can be obtained during the school year by contacting a student's counselor.

Official transcript

An official transcript includes the registrar or counseling secretary's signature and the school seal. It is stamped official and is mailed directly to a college or scholarship program. Students must complete a form in the counseling office to request one and pay $2 for this service. During the school year, students may fill out a transcript request in the counseling office, and in the summer, transcripts are available through the District Office.
